Learn the simple and powerful spiritual practice of the Ignatian Examen with the Rev. Brad Purdom. Soup, bread, salad at 6:30 p.m. Class at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 18th. The Ignatian Examen is a 15–20 minute daily reflection designed by St. Ignatius of Loyola to recognize God’s presence, activity, and grace in everyday life. It is incredibly accessible, easy, and can be practiced wherever! Usually practiced at midday or evening, it involves reviewing the day to find God in all things, fostering gratitude, and identifying areas for growth.
