Volunteer with The Grace Place & Pet Pantry.
The Grace Place and Pet Pantry offer many opportunities to serve our community, whether you prefer hands-on work, helping guests, or behind-the-scenes support. There is a role for you—and we welcome innovative ideas for how to help.
Volunteer Opportunities
Delivery Support
Occurs once or twice a month on Mondays
Scheduled two weeks in advance
Unloading begins at 9:00 AM
Volunteers help carry items into the building
Time commitment: 1–2 hours
Open Hours Support
Tuesday–Thursday, 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Volunteers help register guests and assist them during their visit to the Grace Place
Stocking (Delivery Days)
This takes place on Mondays when deliveries arrive
Responsibilities include rotating stock and refilling shelves
Time commitment: 1–2 hours
Stocking & Cleaning (Fridays)
Fridays at 4:00 p.m.
Usually takes a couple of hours
Tasks include stocking shelves, organizing, disposing of damaged items and trash, wiping shelves, and sweeping or mopping as needed

How To Volunteer
Church Members
Calendars are available in the Narthex .
Simply write your name on a date and role, and we will know you're volunteering for that day.
Non-Church Members
If you are not a church member and would like to volunteer, please email
graceplaceparma@gmail.com
and let us know which role interests you and your availability.
We will follow up to coordinate a time.
