By attending or participating in the All-Saints Car Show event, I acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with motor vehicle events. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, agents, legal representatives, successors, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless All Saints Episcopal Church, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action for any loss, illness, injury, death, or damage to personal property that may occur during or as a result of my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I further agree to indemnify and defend All Saints Episcopal Church against any claims arising from my actions, omissions, or the condition of my property. I affirm that any vehicle I bring is covered by liability insurance in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
